Every product is a decision backed by demand, margin, and return-rate data. A category is entered on evidence, not on a hunch about taste.
Compliance by default
CE, GPSR, REACH, and packaging rules are handled before a product ships, not after a complaint. Compliance is built into the product, not bolted on afterward.
Margin over vanity revenue
